These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VirtualDispatch, available at virtualdispatch.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
VirtualDispatch is a flight simulation dispatch immersion tool. It generates simulated dispatch data — routes, weather, loadsheets, equipment status, delay scenarios — for use alongside Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is intended for entertainment and simulation purposes only. You may not use it, or anything it generates, for real-world navigation or flight planning, for training at a flight school or in any professional, military or research setting, or to log flight hours towards any pilot licence.
VirtualDispatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air or any other real-world airline, Microsoft, Navigraph (SimBrief), Hoppie's ACARS network, SayIntentions.AI, the developers of any aircraft add-on, or any aviation authority. Airline, product and company names are used only to identify them and remain the trademarks of their owners. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes real dispatch, operational, or flight-planning data and must never be used for actual aviation operations.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account and verify it before use. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You can choose to connect the Service to your own accounts with third-party services: SimBrief, through Sign in with Navigraph, and the ACARS networks of Hoppie and SayIntentions.AI, through your Hoppie logon code or SayIntentions API key. Connecting them is optional. When you do:

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and data (including PIREPs and settings) may occasionally be reset as the underlying systems evolve. We will do our best to avoid data loss but cannot guarantee it during this phase.
If you send us feedback, ideas or problem reports, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you. We will only use the personal data in them as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated data will be accurate or realistic in every respect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirtualDispatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (the Service is free of charge, so this amount is zero).
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
