These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VirtualDispatch, available at virtualdispatch.app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
VirtualDispatch is a flight simulation dispatch immersion tool. It generates simulated dispatch data — routes, weather, loadsheets, equipment status, delay scenarios — for use alongside Microsoft Flight Simulator. It is intended for entertainment and simulation purposes only.
VirtualDispatch is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Ryanair DAC, Microsoft, or any real-world airline or aviation authority. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes real dispatch, operational, or flight-planning data and must never be used for actual aviation operations.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account and verify it before use. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and data (including PIREPs and settings) may occasionally be reset as the underlying systems evolve. We'll do our best to avoid data loss but can't guarantee it during this phase.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated data will be accurate or realistic in every respect.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VirtualDispatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, during the free beta, is zero).
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
